In recent months, the People Zones team have been building relationships with residents, local businesses and community groups to better understand the issues that matter most to people in the Beaumont Leys area.
One of the key themes emerging from these conversations has been anti-social behaviour (ASB), particularly lower-level issues in public spaces that can affect how safe and comfortable people feel in their neighbourhood.
Working alongside Leicestershire Police, local partners and residents, People Zones is helping to address concerns, strengthen community confidence and encourage positive use of shared spaces. Together, we are working towards making Beaumont Leys a safer, more welcoming place for everyone.
