Key areas include benefits, money and debt management, employment issues, housing, relationships, and energy guidance, helping individuals make informed decisions and resolve problems.
Crimestoppers is an independent charity that helps people share information about crime anonymously.
They provide advice on keeping loved ones safe and operate a secure reporting system via phone or online forms. Once a report is submitted, Crimestoppers compiles the details and forwards them to the relevant authority - such as local police or agencies like the UK Border Agency or HMRC - for investigation and action.
First Step is a specialist organisation supporting male survivors of sexual abuse and rape, as well as their supporters. Services include counselling for adults and young people aged 13–18, emotional support, advocacy, and prison-specific counselling.
