You must bring all of the following in order to collect:
Please expect varied wait times throughout the collection day, at times you may be asked to queue for a short while.
You are permitted to collect an item on behalf of someone who meets the eligibility criteria. You must bring that person's ID and proof of address as stated above.
Items can only be collected by individuals aged 18 or over. An adult must be the named recipient and will be required to provide their details as part of the collection process.
To help ensure the event runs smoothly and safely, there will be clear signage at the collection location to guide attendees. Please follow all signage and any instructions provided by OPCC staff members when arriving at and leaving the site.
We are committed to creating a welcoming and respectful environment for everyone attending. All participants are expected to behave courteously and treat event staff, volunteers and fellow attendees with respect at all times.
Local police officers may be present during the event, however this is subject to operational requirements and officer availability.
If you require any assistance during the event, please speak to a member of the event team, who will be happy to help.
We kindly ask anyone who meets the eligibility criteria and is interested in attending the collection event on Friday 4th September 2026 to complete our Expression of Interest digital form.
Completing this form will help our team to plan stock levels and staffing requirements, as well as make the collection process quicker and more efficient on the day. By having your details recorded in advance, we will be able to check you in more quickly, helping to ensure a smooth and timely collection experience for everyone.
Please note: This is an Expression of Interest form only and is not a booking or reservation form. Submitting the form does not guarantee that a particular item, or any item, will be available for collection when you arrive, as stock is limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
