This new contract introduces a single-supplier arrangement, which means all IT
hardware, software, and related consumables will be sourced through one provider.
This decision relates to the Forces 3 year lease of the front enquiry desk at the Belvoir Centre in the Coalville Town Centre is due for renewal. Following discussions with the landlord, the Northwest Leicestershire District Council, an annual rent of £1,791 has been provisionally agreed for a further 3 year lease commencing in January of this year, with the other terms of the lease remaining the same.
Leicestershire Police requires the provision of Employee Assistance Programme and Enhanced Psychology Services. It was agreed to publish an open tender. The opportunity has been awarded to two providers: People Asset Management and Working Minds UK.
The current Estates Framework agreement is due to expire at the end of March 2026. Leicestershire Police wish to establish a new Framework Agreement for the Estates Framework – Planned and Reactive Maintenance across five distinct lots.
The current agreement with SocialSignin T/A Orlo is due to expire 31st March 2026. The Force conducted a direct award via a compliant route to market using the BlueLight Commercial Social Media Management Platform Framework (Reference: BLC-0189).
The award has been approved by Assistant Chief Officer – Finance and we are asking the Police Commissioner to sign the contract & to add his seal.
Funding for community organisations within the LLR region to implement a specialised sexual violence prevention educational package, £1000.00 to each organisation selected for this programme. The funding is intended to reimburse organisations for the time spent on training, implementing the programmes into their curriculum, delivering the programme, and participating in a network of trainers that will support the ongoing sustainability of the initiative.
This decision concerns the allocation of Business Crime funding for the 2025–2026 financial year. The PCC has ring‑fenced this funding to support businesses in tackling retail crime, directing it to partners across LLR who are best placed to provide effective support to local businesses within this sector.
